At Foothium, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


30-Day Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Foothium does not cover return or exchange shipping expenses under any circumstances.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day return window at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Instructions for the return process
  • The address of the nearest available return warehouse

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Cancellations requested after the initial 24-hour period may be subject to a $25 administration fee.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • In such cases, customers must wait to receive the item and then request a standard return according to this policy.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
