By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. You may choose between a full refund or another item from our product catalog as a replacement.
If the replacement product is less expensive than the original item, we will refund the difference.
If the replacement item is more expensive, we will offer the new product at a discounted rate whenever possible.
Please note: If the item has already been installed, worn, washed, or used, we are unable to resell it and therefore cannot accept the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.
We automatically verify product availability with our suppliers and fulfillment partners to confirm that the item is in stock and available for shipment.
If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email with further information.
If your item(s) are available for shipment within five (5) business days, we will process the payment and prepare the order for dispatch.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been successfully processed, your order will be shipped within five (5) business days from the purchase date.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours after the order leaves the warehouse.
If you do not receive tracking details within six (6) business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@foothium.com.
Damages
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, make sure to note it when signing for delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damage to support@foothium.com so we can assist you and initiate an insurance or replacement claim when applicable.
Cancellations
Orders canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase may be subject to a $25 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has already been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
