Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment times may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Estimated Delivery Time

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 2–20 business days
  • European Union: 2–20 business days
  • Worldwide Shipping: 2–20 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Foothium is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or any additional fees applied to international orders.

All customs charges and import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

Foothium is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials, damaged products, and shipping documentation before submitting a claim.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Used, washed, worn, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please email:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos or videos supporting the request

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Your RA#
  • Return instructions
  • The address of the nearest available warehouse

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Foothium is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


Refund Processing

After your returned package is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.
